The Governing Council appoints the Principal and meets at the College on at least two occasions throughout the year. It is responsible for the supervision of significant policy direction and the supervision of the maintenance of the Catholic ethos and traditions of the College.

Board of Management

The Board of Management is appointed by the Governing Council and meets on a monthly basis. Most Board Members are parents of students at the College. The Board has responsibility for managing the Strategic Direction of the College, Policy, and Financing and Resourcing.

The activities of the Governing Council and the Board are directed by the College Constitution.
