Welcome to Term 4!
I’m sure you are wondering where the year has gone and here we are, very much at the pointy end. There is a sense of both anticipation and reflection in the air. Term 4 is always a unique period – it is a time of consolidation for our Year 11 students as they prepare for the transition to their final year, and for our Year 12s, it is the culmination of years of work as they approach their exams and graduation.
To our Year 12s, this term marks the final stretch of your secondary education. You will have faced many challenges along the way but it has been wonderful to see your resilience, growth and achievements. For those of you preparing for exams and the next phase of your lives, I encourage you to stay focused, remain positive and seek support when needed. We are all here to help you finish strongly.
For our Year 11s, now is the time to build a solid foundation for Year 12. The habits you establish this term will carry you into next year, so use this time wisely. Engage with your learning, ask questions and challenge yourselves to do your best.
