Internal Ratings ReviewFinal ratings will be made available on CET Connect, and students will be sent an email communication where they will either accept their ratings, or request a review. This email will outline the process and deadlines. Applying for a review is a serious request and will be investigated by the Director of Curriculum. Students must provide a detailed explanation, with supporting evidence. Queries need to be based on an inaccuracy against the internal assessment rule, rather than disappointment over the final ratings. Students must speak with their teacher before requesting a review. If a review is requested, students will be sent a meeting time which they must attend. Illness During Exams If students are sick on the day of their TASC exam, or become ill during the exam, there are several important steps they must take. Contact the campus office as soon as possible. Visit a GP and have them complete the TASC Medical certificate in the Exam Information Booklet – it MUST be this certificate, NOT a generic medical certificate. The GP must then submit the certificate directly to TASC, not return it to the student. Spare copies are available in the campus offices, and on the TASC website The student must then follow the procedure to receive derived ratings. The instructions are on the TASC website.

TASC Exam Notice of Assessment – ‘Pink Slips’Any student who has not collected their pink slip from their Homeroom Teacher must collect it from the campus office as a matter of urgency, and the Director of Curriculum notified if there are any errors.
