The Word of God in the Life of the Church

An orator and eminent New Testament scholar of international repute, Rev. Prof. Francis J. Moloney SDB AM, from Melbourne, will deliver the 2017 John Wallis Memorial Lecture in the Chapel of St Virgil, GYC Hobart Campus, tonight at 7pm.

Fr Frank Moloney is a senior fellow of Catholic Theological College and a member of the Department of Biblical Studies. He lectures in New Testament.  He is a priest of the Salesians of Don Bosco and is Vice Rector of Don Bosco House, Clifton Hill.

Supper will follow the lecture.

Organisers suggest a $10 donation or $5 concession.

Flat access is available from Patrick Street (near the tennis courts) and Brisbane Street (the second gate up from Barrack Street). Access is also available from Barrack Street; this involves stairs.
