Sailing underway

Friday 26 February 2016:  The sailing season began this week. GYC has combined with St Virgil’s College for a team in  Division A of the 2016 Hobart Schools Team Sailing Series. The boys’ first sail, on Wednesday afternoon, was washed-out. However, the Division B competition got underway on Tuesday afternoon. GYC has a mixed team in this division.…

Girls’ tennis begins

Friday 26 February 2016:  The girls’ tennis roster is underway.  GYC has one team in the second division. The girls have played St Michael’s Collegiate School and The Friends’ School. The team, is from left,  Izabella Johnston, Morgan Verrier, Briana Green, Maddison Verrier.  The team is managed by Ms Kristin Leeds and Mrs Karen Caporelli.
